At Richard Haig Architect care is taken to ensure the best possible case is put forward to gain Planning Permissions and Listed Building Consents, and we have considerable experience including gaining retrospective permissions gained over a number of years. Where detailed specialist knowledge of Planning Law is required for example to negotiate Planning Appeals, we work alongside Planning Consultants with whom we have close relations
